No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients
1 cup all natural peanut butter
1 cup chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup uncooked oatsDirections
Mix together. You may want to set your peanut butter out prior to making them, as it’s pretty hard to mix together. I used a knife and just chopped and stirred for a while. After the ingredients are combined, roll into balls, place on parchment paper, and pop them into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve with a cup of almond milk :D
I made 15 1-1.5 in. balls, because that’s all that would fit on the only pan that would fit in my fridge. You can make yours smaller if you have the space, or would rather not eat so much at once.
